Your Initial Appointment
Your initial appointment will be scheduled within one to five weeks of the time you first contact us. The physician you choose will remain your primary physician throughout your treatment unless you decide to change or your primary physician refers you to an associate with particular expertise. You can schedule you initial appointment any time during your cycle. Plan at least one hour for your first visit. Please bring copies of medical records on yourself and your partner.

When You Call
We are happy to give you information and instructions via telephone. When you call our office, your call will be answered by an operator. If your call is of a medical nature, ask to speak with the message desk, which is staffed by a nursing clerk. Give a brief description of your question, and the clerk will have a nurse consult your chart and return your call at the earliest possible time. If an answer from your physician is required, he or she will usually answer it at the end of morning or afternoon office hours. If you call with an emergency during office hours, please specify that you have a problem of urgent nature. If you call after office hours, our answering service will relay your message to the physician on call.
