DR. PETER LU: As long as there are sperm in the ejaculate, we are able to take a single sperm and utilize it with ICSI to achieve conception and many successful pregnancies. Even when there are no sperm in the ejaculate itself, sperm can be directly retrieved from the testicle and utilized with ICSI to achieve many successful pregnancies.
