MELANIE: And the staff here was incredible. They really were very patient with us and I had lots and lots and lots of questions and would email and call and they were always extremely accommodating and I really, I cannot imagine going through this without a support system like they had.
Between Lisa and Dr. Lu and Susan the phlebotomist and Sadie the ultrasound technician. I mean just everybody. Susie helping with the finances and I mean it was just—and Linda the receptionist. I mean everybody was incredible and...
BILLY: Right. And they listened to us, too. And if we didn't right about something, they were there to look into it and make it right. So definitely had a lot of support.
MELANIE: Yeah. We couldn't have been happier.
